From 28 August to 27 September 2026, Crescent Mall (at Hall B, Ground Floor) presents a special Mid-Autumn experience with “Moonlit Moominvalley”, a decoration inspired by the beloved world of Moominvalley, featuring a moonlit setting, lush greenery, little stone paths, glowing red lanterns and warm golden lights.
This marks the first time Crescent Mall introduces a large-scale Moomin-themed space in Vietnam, creating a little corner for families, Moomin fans and those discovering the Moomin world for the first time to explore and enjoy.
A little corner of the moominvalley atmosphere this mid-autumn
Created by Finnish writer, artist and illustrator Tove Jansson, Moomin is a world of stories about family, friendship, nature, adventures and having a place to call home.
Inspired by these values, Moonlit Moominvalley brings familiar elements from the Moomin world into a Mid-Autumn setting. Here, Moomintroll, Moominmamma, Moominpappa and their familiar friends are featured amidst lush greenery, little stone paths and warm lights glowing beneath the moon. Take a leisurely stroll around Crescent Mall, explore every little corner of the decoration, and experience the Moominvalley atmosphere this Mid-Autumn season.
Every weekend, a little experience to create memorable moments together
Beyond the decorative space, Crescent Mall also brings a series of weekend workshops featuring hands-on activities for families and friends.
From drum painting and star lantern making to candle making, each weekend offers a different creative experience, where you can have fun together and take home a little handmade keepsake to remember the season by.

On 25 September 2026, Crescent Mall will host a special Mid-Autumn celebration featuring activities for families and friends, including photo opportunities, mini games, gifts, live music and a parade. A joyful evening to play, explore and soak up the spirit of the Mid-Autumn season within the Moonlit Moominvalley-themed decoration.

Mid-Autumn is also a special occasion to share thoughtful gifts with family and loved ones. At the Mid-Autumn Fair, featuring familiar brands such as Bách Lạc, La Feve, Hoang Yen Group and Tai Thong, visitors can explore a selection of mooncakes and seasonal gifts from a variety of well-known brands.
