On the morning of July 5, 2023, the OPOS English Summer Camp (One Place One Story) officially closed after 10 days of exciting events. The camp was organized by the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation in coordination with Saigon South International School (SSIS) and Lawrence S. Ting School at Le Hong Phong Secondary School in Soc Trang Province.
On the closing day, 90 campers, who were middle school students from disadvantaged backgrounds in Soc Trang Province, divided into groups and gave presentations in English on topics such as festivals, food, and tourism. These are the first results that the OPOS English Summer Camp aimed for.
