Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phu My Hung Art Center

On the morning of July 22, 2026, at Lot C10 in the Phu My Hung City Center, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu My Hung Corporation held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phu My Hung Art Center, one of the landmark projects representing the Phu My Hung 2.0 development phase.

The Phu My Hung Art Center will comprise seven floors with a total gross floor area of more than 24,000 m². It is designed as a multi-functional cultural and performing arts complex featuring iconic architecture. The project will incorporate a comprehensive range of facilities, including: A modern theater with a seating capacity of more than 1,000; Museum, exhibition, and art gallery spaces; A public plaza for cultural events and community activities; Premium dining and hospitality facilities…

The C10 project is a key component of Phu My Hung’s Urban Development Strategy 2.0, which aims to comprehensively enhance the value of the city center. The strategy includes landscape improvements, upgraded commercial amenities, and expanded investment in cultural, artistic, and specialized healthcare facilities. Together, these initiatives are intended to create a more complete urban service ecosystem that meets residents’ evolving needs and aspirations for a richer quality of life.
