Phu My Hung Opens New Real Estate Transaction Office In Hanoi

On the morning of October 3, 2025, Phu My Hung officially inaugurated its new Real Estate Transaction Office in Hanoi, located at 677 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho District.

A representative from Phu My Hung shared that the company’s Hanoi office has been licensed for nearly 25 years and has consistently operated in prime buildings. However, to further enhance customer service quality, the new transaction office has been designed as a dedicated space featuring optimized functionality, premium facilities, and refined aesthetics. The goal: to provide clients with a luxurious, comfortable environment to explore and experience Phu My Hung’s projects.

Beyond its flagship project, Hong Hac City, Phu My Hung is also preparing to launch a new urban development in Hoa Binh (now Phu Tho). This grand opening signals the company’s long-term commitment to expanding its footprint in Northern Vietnam, following more than 32 years of successful growth in the South.

A highlight of the event was the announcement of a strategic partnership with Nomura Real Estate Vietnam to co-develop Hong Hac City. As joint investors, Phu My Hung and Nomura bring together deep expertise and strong reputations from Vietnam and Japan.

Unveiled in June 2025, Hong Hac City marks Phu My Hung’s first step beyond Ho Chi Minh City. The project draws on Phu My Hung’s extensive experience in urban development, financial strength, and trusted partner ecosystem. Meanwhile, Nomura Real Estate Vietnam — a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Nomura Real Estate Development with nearly 70 years of history — is one of Japan’s leading real estate developers.

This collaboration between two renowned investors underscores the promising future of Hong Hac City: a visionary urban area shaped by international expertise, proven credibility, and a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
