Launched in June 2024, the Phu My Hung L’Arcade project is now entering its final construction stages and is preparing for handover to customers in the coming days.
Located in the Phu My Hung International Commercial and Financial District (CBD), the project is developed by Phu My Hung Corporation, with Delta Group serving as the main contractor. Phu My Hung L’Arcade is the only low-rise residential development in the Phu My Hung CBD and is designed with dual functions: residential living and commercial use.
The project comprises two blocks with a total of 37 units. Each block includes one basement level and five to six above-ground floors.
