On December 22, 2025, Phu My Hung Corporation held the handover ceremony for The Aurora apartments, marking a key completion milestone and officially putting the project into operation. The first apartment keys were delivered, welcoming new residents to their homes at the complex.
The Aurora was developed on a land plot of more than 2,300 m² and rises 12 floors high. The project comprises 95 apartments and seven retail units located on the podium level. It is one of the few developments in Phu My Hung planned with a diverse range of apartment types, from one to four bedrooms. One- and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 42 to 76 m², account for 95% of the total, while the remaining units are three- and four-bedroom apartments measuring between 97 and 144 m².
The handover of The Aurora demonstrates the investor’s effort to ensure on-time project delivery and serves as a gesture of appreciation to customers who have placed their trust in and accompanied Phu My Hung throughout the development journey.
