At The 23rd Lawrence S. Ting Scholarship Awards and Donation Presentation for 2025 held on October 11, 2025, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu My Hung Corporation will award a sponsorship of VND 5 billion to various national charitable organizations and study encouragement associations across Vietnam.
This funding will enable these organizations to implement scholarship programs for disadvantaged and high-achieving students, ethnic minority children, children with disabilities, and orphans in local communities. Through this indirect scholarship model, Phu My Hung has contributed over VND 100 billion over the past 20 years, helping hundreds of thousands of children improve their learning conditions and overcome adversity.
Also at the ceremony, the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation will present 113 Lawrence S. Ting Scholarships for 2025, totaling nearly VND 3.8 billion. These scholarships will fully cover one academic year’s tuition for students from ten universities who face financial hardship, excel academically, and actively participate in community service.
