On March 14, 2026, developer Phu My Hung held an event to introduce and officially launch the Harmonie apartment project at the Phu My Hung Sales Gallery (Tran Van Tra Street, Phu My Hung, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The event attracted a large number of customers who came to visit, learn about the project, and register for transactions.
At the event, many customers arrived early to attend presentations on the project’s planning, design, and apartment types. Within the first hours of the launch, hundreds of apartments were registered by customers.
According to the developer, the project is built on a land area of approximately 2 hectares and consists of five towers with a total of 1,490 apartments. The towers are arranged along the site boundary to create an open central space, forming a landscaped area known as the “Green Valley”.
The product mix mainly consists of two-bedroom apartments with areas of about 66–74 m², accounting for approximately 69% of the total units. In addition, one-bedroom apartments range from 39–42 m², making up about 18% of the supply. The remaining units include three-bedroom apartments, Ground Houses (ground-floor apartments), and Garden Apartments with private mini gardens.
