On the morning of May 20, 2026, Phu My Hung Corporation held the groundbreaking ceremony for the CR9 residential project, commercially known as Triton Crown. According to the construction schedule announced by the main contractor — Vien Dong Construction and Technical Services Co., Ltd. (Vicons) — the foundation works are expected to be completed in September 2026, while the basement structure is scheduled for completion by February 2027.

The Triton Crown project is located in The Crescent area within the Phu My Hung City Center, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, on a 1.21-hectare site. The project occupies a prominent intersection bordered by Tran Van Tra Street to the southeast, Pham Thieu Street to the north, Nguyen Khac Vien Street to the northeast, and Luther King Street to the southwest.
Positioned in the high-end residential segment, the development comprises two 18-story towers with two basement levels. Upon completion, Triton Crown will offer 301 apartments and 32 ground-floor commercial units. The architectural design, developed by Handel Architects (Hong Kong), draws inspiration from the form of a yacht facing Crescent Lake. The project adopts a stepped architectural structure to maximize panoramic views while integrating elevated garden spaces throughout the development.

The project is developed by Phu My Hung Corporation, with Vien Dong Construction and Technical Services Co., Ltd. (Vicons) serving as the main contractor and Saigon 2 Construction Inspection Joint Stock Company acting as the supervision consultant.
