Phu My Hung announces phase 1 sales for the Harmonie project on March 14

Following the model house opening event on January 24, Phu My Hung Development Corporation officially announced the legal entity responsible for implementing the Phu Hung Apartment Project (trade name: Harmonie). Accordingly, Ruby Investment and Business Co., Ltd. (Ruby Home) has been appointed as the project developer. The company is headquartered at 510 Binh Duong Boulevard, Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province (now Thu Dau Mot Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Ruby Home — a member company of Phu My Hung — officially becomes the developer of the Phu My Hung Harmonie project.

Phu My Hung Harmonie marks Phu My Hung’s first project in the northeastern area of Ho Chi Minh City. “This is one of the rare projects in the ‘Easy-to-Buy’ segment that Phu My Hung has developed over the past 10 years”, a representative of the developer stated.

Developed on a 2-hectare site, the project comprises five towers ranging from 32 to 34 floors, offering a total of 1,490 apartments and 23 podium-level commercial units for retail, services, entertainment, and education.

The product mix is primarily focused on two-bedroom apartments (69%) and one-bedroom apartments (18%), aiming to meet the housing demand of young residents in Ho Chi Minh City’s emerging urban center.

The five towers are named and designed according to the Five Elements philosophy

The architectural highlight lies in its centripetal master planning, which pushes the towers toward the site boundaries to create a vast central “Green Valley.” This design functions as a “green lung,” shielding residents from dust and noise while fostering a private, secure, resort-style living environment. The project’s amenity system also introduces several first-time features, including an elevated jogging track and a Sky Bridge inspired by the iconic Starlight Bridge. All apartments in the project are designed under the 3+ generation concept, ensuring that every room benefits from direct natural light and cross-ventilation.

Another noteworthy detail is that the lobbies of the five towers are named and designed according to the Five Elements philosophy (Ngũ hành tương sinh), symbolizing prosperity and harmonious living. Specifically: Tower A1 – Ivies (Water): Pure blue tones inspired by water; Tower A2 – Camellia (Metal): Refined elegance and sophistication; Tower A3 – Lavender (Fire): Vibrant, radiant energy; Tower A4 – Olive (Wood): A strong connection with nature; Tower A5 – Peony (Earth): Stability and warmth.

According to the plan, Phu My Hung Corporation will officially launch Phase 1 sales for Towers A2 and A3 of the Harmonie project on March 14, 2026. A purchase ballot draw event will be held exclusively for customers who have completed booking procedures and paid the required deposit.
