According to the Phu My Hung Security Team, the security and fire prevention efforts in the Phu My Hung City Center achieved remarkable results in 2024.
On December 26, 2024, Phu My Hung Corporation hosted a conference to review the year’s security and fire prevention outcomes. The event was attended by Phu My Hung’s leadership and representatives from various organizations, including the Ho Chi Minh City Police, District 7 Police, District 7 Military Command, District 7 Urban Order Management Department, and the leadership of Tan Phong and Tan Phu Wards. Other attendees included local ward police, traffic police teams from South Saigon and Da Phuoc, the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone Fire Prevention and Fighting Team, and security service providers in the city center.
The report highlighted significant achievements in reducing crime and enhancing safety. Robbery incidents decreased sharply, with only one reported case involving a foreign perpetrator snatching a phone from a foreign victim. In terms of theft, the Phu My Hung Security Team, in collaboration with law enforcement and security units, detected and resolved 17 cases, recovering items such as motorcycles, bicycles, laptops, and construction materials.
Fire prevention efforts also improved notably. The area recorded only three minor fires in 2024, seven fewer than in 2023. These incidents, primarily caused by cooking and careless activities, were quickly addressed by the security force, preventing any harm to people or property.
Lieutenant Colonel Lê Duy Sâm, Deputy Head of District 7 Police, commended Phu My Hung for its proactive approach to maintaining security and fire prevention. He emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between the company and relevant authorities under the cooperation agreement signed in April 2021.

He noted: “The positive results in 2024 reflect the outstanding performance of the Phu My Hung Security Team. The application of advanced technologies, such as specialized cameras and virtual fence systems, has proven highly effective. We will continue to invest in equipment, technology, and training to ensure the safety and well-being of the Phu My Hung community.
