Mai Linh Group remains a steadfast supporter of The Lawrence S. Ting Charity Walk, scheduled for the morning of January 20, 2024, at The Crescent, Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Having been a partner for 19 years, Mai Linh Group aims to showcase its commitment to community responsibility and contribute to the spirit of sharing of the walk.
Furthermore, Mai Linh actively engages in numerous volunteer activities and community contributions. For instance, in 2004, Mai Linh organized a visit to Dien Bien Phu, hosting 500 veterans to commemorate the 50th anniversary of victory. In 2005, the program “Carrying on the tradition, resounding the military march” facilitated a visit for 1,000 veterans to the Indenpendence Palace, marking the 30th anniversary of the liberation of the South. Notably, in 2010, Mai Linh arranged for 1,000 Vietnamese heroic mothers and Heroes of the Ho Chi Minh era to participate in the commemoration of the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi.
On this occasion, Mai Linh has introduced a new service, allowing customers to directly book cars through Zalo, ensuring a convenient experience. To access this feature, users can search for keywords and select the mini app “Mai Linh car booking.” Upon selection, the main interface will appear on the phone screen, featuring a location map and information box for users to input their pick-up point, destination, and preferred vehicle type. The travel route and fare details will be displayed after the customer provides complete destination information.
Subsequently, when the user opts for “Book a car,” the system initiates communication with the three closest cars available to assist the user. After establishing a connection with the selected driver, the mini app enables users to monitor the vehicle’s progress on the journey to the pick-up location. Additionally, users can proactively contact the driver directly, eliminating the need for an intermediary switchboard.
For bookings through Zalo, payment can be made using any of the payment methods accepted by Mai Linh, including GreenCard, MPass, Bank Card, VNPAY-QR, and Cash, among others. Utilizing the mini app on Zalo for car bookings provides users with a swift and convenient tool for booking cars directly within the Zalo platform.
