The theme of this year\u2019s festival is \u201cExciting Summer\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to enjoying fun and meaningful games, children will also be able to savor the delicious taste of Whoopie (Gu-pi) Cookie &#8211; Cupcake.
