Artistic kite flying will be one of the exciting highlights for visitors attending the Inauguration Ceremony of P2 Park, alongside various other recreational and entertainment activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ten giant kites with fun, whimsical shapes and twinkling LED lights will grace the skies over Phu My Hung from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on April 18, 2025, in celebration of the inauguration of P2 Park (Tran Van Tra Street, District 7). This park is also recognized as an exemplary local-level project by the Management Authority for Southern Area Development (MASD), in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 \u2013 April 30, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to artistic kite flying, the inauguration ceremony will feature a thrilling flyboard performance on the Rach Dia River, adjacent to the park – an extreme water sport powered by jet propulsion. To promote the newly opened green space as a vibrant community hub, the event will also include art performances, a photo exhibition, and especially traditional folk games for children and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All activities during the P2 Park Inauguration Ceremony will be free of charge for the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
